Higher Operating Temperatures
Ceramic Coatings are applied in excess of
1200° C. Ceramic coated lamps operate at higher temperatures without the air cooling required with gold coated lamps
Longer Operating LifeTest show that Ceramic Reflector Quartz Lamps have a much longer operating life.
Versatility
- The reflective coated quartz lamps are available in shortwave, medium, and fast response medium wave versions, allowing for the optimum wavelength and fast heat up and cool down.
- The ceramic coating makes the heaters unidirectional, radiating most of the energy towards the substrate without external reflectors.

The “RadReflect” lamps are available in single and twin tube configurations.
