BROAD RANGE OF INFRARED HEATERS

Each panel has two rows of stamped serpentine elements radiating through a Ruby quartz glass faceplate. Operates up to 1400°F. Extruded aluminum case available in heated length from 14″ to 120″, 2¾” wide. High intensity heater-for high speed lines, where space allows only small number of heaters-for fast heating.

Efficient, medium intensity heater-good where line speed is medium to high and only heat penetration of surface is needed. Process may only require a few seconds.

TYPE PYREX R -

INFRARED PANEL – replaces Corning Pyrex infrared heaters. Available in seven sizes up to 24″x 24″ with 3″ deep aluminized steel case. Long wave length, low intensity heater-best for heating sensitive materials with poor thermal conductivity.

Operates up to 2500°F. element temperature. Has stamped serpentine elements pinned to a 3000°F insulating board. The hottest electric infrared panel available in the process industry, highly efficient. Very high intensity heater-for high speed heating or for heating larger mass at higher rates.
